October 10, 2008 - The Active Network, Inc. is pleased to announce that the Town of Richmond Hill, Ontario, has selected its Citizen Request Management solution as its software of choice for a new, centralized customer service centre. The town already utilizes Active’s parks and recreation software in its Parks and Recreation department.
The selection followed a competitive RFP process, whereby Active’s solution was chosen for its superior functionality, customer service, seamless integration with the ESRI GIS system, and 30 years of experience providing local government software. With Active, the Town of Richmond Hill will enhance citizen services overall and equip staff members to respond to all requests via multiple service channels.
