November 13, 2008 - Hillsborough County, FL has selected ActiveGovernment, a division of The Active Network, Inc., to provide its Citizen Request Management (CRM) software solution for its Citizen Action Center and across all County departments. Hillsborough County will use ActiveGovernment’s software solution to increase efficiency in tracking and managing citizen requests, enhance customer service, and improve performance reporting capabilities. The county currently utilizes Active’s parks and recreation software in its Parks and Recreation department.
With CRM, Hillsborough County will be able to offer its 1.17 million citizens the ability to submit and track requests in real time from any computer and location. For county staff, ActiveGovernment’s CRM and knowledge base software will help improve communication between departments, reduce duplicate efforts, and resolve requests consistently and more timely.
